French defender Francois Modesto has chosen to continue his career in the Greek Super League with Athens giants Olympiacos. The defender recently came to the end of his contract with Ligue 1 side Monaco and would like the challenge of playing abroad.
Modesto has agreed a two-year deal with the Greek side which will see him bag €550,000 per season.
The 31-year-old had been tracked by other clubs domestically, but it is Olympiacos who have won the day.
