Jermaine Pennant could be set to continue his adventure away from English football. The 27-year-old winger left Liverpool last summer to head to Spain and sign for Real Zaragoza. However, his spell in La Liga has not gone according to plan and he is expected to continue his career elsewhere.
Until now it was always assumed Pennant would head home to the Premier League with many English clubs still remembering his massive potential. Now though a new side are considering taking a chance on Pennant.
That team is Napoli. The Serie A side believe Pennant may be worth a try in Italian football and could give him the chance to continue his stay abroad.
