Spain boss Vicente del Bosque has said his side will prepare no special plans to stop in-form Dutch star Wesley Sneijder. The World Cup final offers Sneijder the chance to join an exclusive club, along with Pele, of having won a league, cup and continental treble, and then added the World Cup to it.

But Del Bosque, is not ready to make plans just for Sneijder.

Asked the question, the Spain boss said: "No, this week we met [Mesut] Ozil, before it was all the others. Each team has a player who operates between the lines and tries to score. But we have a midfield used to controlling these type of players."

It is likely many of the Spanish players will know all about Sneijder and his game, as the Dutchman played his football in La Liga with Real Madrid until last summer.
