Former Tottenham Hotspur manager Martin Jol is being linked with a return to English football, as the new manager of Fulham. The Dutchman is currently in charge at Ajax, but is believed to be under consideration by the Premier League club along with Sven-Goran Eriksson, Ottmar Hitzfeld and Bob Bradley.

Jol is thought to believe he has unfinished business in English football after losing his job as Spurs manager. The Dutchman had led them to the verge of the Champions League, clocking finishes just below fourth.

Fulham will be keen to appoint a new boss sooner rather than later as the weeks towards the new Premier League season tick down.
