Besiktas are confident they can present Real Madrid midfielder Guti as a Black Eagles player next week.
The Spaniard has been high on the Istanbul side’s wanted list for quite some time, and Besiktas believe that Guti will meet Real Madrid next week to sign a deal to terminate his contract at the Bernabeu.
At that point, Guti will fly to Istanbul, to pen a contract with Besiktas, and be presented to the club’s supporters as their big summer signing.
In Turkey Guti will link up with his former Real Madrid coach Bernd Schuster, the man who is believed to have been the driving force behind the deal.
