Bundesliga giants Stuttgart have continued to add to their squad ahead of the new campaign by snapping up Johan Audel from Valenciennes.

The 26-year-old goal-getter will cost Stuttgart €3.5M and has been offered a four-year contract. All that remains is for Audel to pass a medical in Germany and then ink the deal; there are not expected to be any complications.

L’Equipe reports that Audel’s former club Lille will be entitled to a cut of the transfer fee as they skilfully inserted a clause in the striker’s contract upon his move to Valenciennes guaranteeing them a slice of any future deal.
