Inter midfielder Wesley Sneijder has warned the team’s rivals, both at home and abroad, that they are ready and willing to repeat last season’s trophy hat-trick. The Dutchman was an important part of the Nerazzurri side that lifted Serie A, the Coppa Italia and the Champions League last season in a famous treble.

And while Inter’s coach has changed from last season, from Jose Mourinho to Rafael Benitez, their winning mentality has not according to Sneijder.

"The past season was beautiful and wonderful and you do not know if you can repeat the hat-trick, but we really want to repeat it."

The former Real Madrid star also spoke of the nice atmosphere in the camp and commented on how happy he is at the Serie A side.

"I think people are happy that I’m here with them. I’m certainly happy."
