Tottenham Hotspur have made their move in an attempt to sign Nice striker Loic Remy. The Premier League club have put an offer of €13M on the table for the young forward and want a quick answer from the Ligue 1 club.

According to Canal+, Spurs have sent the bid officially to Nice and will have been watching as Remy scored the winner for the south coast side away at Lorient yesterday.

Remy would like his future resolving as quickly as possible and has been the subject of interest from a whole host of sides including Liverpool, Stoke City, West Ham, Rennes, Lyon, Bordeaux and Marseille. The pacey striker has gone on record as saying he would prefer a move to England rather than staying in his native France, with Liverpool often stated as his dream club.
