Real Madrid coach Jose Mourinho has declared himself happy with the squad at his disposal for the coming season, but also added that no coach in their right mind would say no to another signing before the transfer window shuts.

"No coach would say no to a signing" said Mourinho when pressed on the possibility of Mesut Ozil arriving from Werder Bremen. Real Madrid are trying to do that deal, but will not pay over the odds.

"I cannot want more than what the team is giving me" the Portuguese boss commented. "I’m happy with my team. Obviously we are not [yet] a team tactically, but the mentality is good. There is a team [in there]."

Mourinho faces perhaps his biggest challenge yet in having to overhaul arguably the best Barcelona team of all time to win La Liga this season. The signs are he is ready for it.
