Juventus new boy Milos Krasic has said he is flattered by comparisons that have been made between him and former Old Lady legend Pavel Nedved.

The Serbian winger arrived in Turin from CSKA Moscow, inking a long-term deal with the Serie A club, and instantly his physical likeness to Nedved has been picked up on.

"Well, I’m really honoured", said Krasic when asked about the comparison to Nedved. "Nedved won the European Footballer of the Year award and was one of the best players from all over the world. I will do my best to reach his level."

The Serbian World Cup star is expected to be an important player for Juventus this year and will take the number 27 shirt in Turin. Krasic originally wanted to wear number 17, but with this being taken, the former CSKA Moscow man simply added 10 to it.
