AC Milan may yet delight their fans even more after the capture of Zlatan Ibrahimovic as they ponder a move for Robinho. The Manchester City striker is desperate to escape Eastlands and has a number of options as the end of the transfer window approaches.

Robinho has already turned down to approaches from Turkey, from Fenerbahce and Besiktas, and has stated that he sees his future in Italy or Spain. Milan are keen to boost their title chances and would revel in capturing the former Real Madrid star.

Barcelona head the race from La Liga, but Milan could yet rival them after letting it be known they are keen on Robinho. However, where Barcelona can move unhindered for the Brazilian, Milan would like to shift Klaas-Jan Huntelaar from their wage bill to free up room, with England or Germany a possible destination for the Dutchman.

Should the Serie A giants manage to capture Robinho however, it would cap a whirlwind few days activity in the transfer market.
