Jose Mourinho did not even take the time to savour Real Madrid’s 6-1 thumping of Racing Santander in La Liga last night, instantly moving on to think about the club’s upcoming Copa del Rey match against Real Murcia on Tuesday night.

The Portuguese coach watched his side put on a thrilling display against Racing, but did not take time to reflect on it, simply starting to think about the next game.

"We must start thinking about Murcia now", said Mourinho, although he did admit his rated Real Madrid’s performance as "a ten" out of ten.

"[Mesut] Oezil, [Ricardo] Carvalho, and Xabi Alonso will have three days off", said Mourinho. However, the former Inter boss is determined that Los Blancos will not make an early exit from the cup as last year, and said that apart from the three he had mentioned, "the others will be summoned."
