Barcelona star Lionel Messi has said that even though he would vote for Pep Guardiola as the best coach in the world, he cannot overlook the quality of Real Madrid’s Jose Mourinho.
Messi believes that Guardiola is the best coach on the planet, but must also admit that Mourinho’s work at Real Madrid so far as been impressive and the Portuguese boss has changed the face of Los Blancos.
"I would vote for Pep Guardiola [as the best coach in the world], not only because we won [everything], but for his commitment and philosophy of play, that he has represented since his arrival on the bench of Barcelona", said Messi. However, he pointed out that Mourinho could not be ignored either.
"Nor do I miss [out] Jose Mourinho, apart from his treble with Inter, he has somewhat changed the face of Real Madrid."
