Bayern Munich are the latest side to show an interest in Arsenal striker Nicklas Bendtner. The 22-year-old has not been slow to voice his unhappiness at a perceived lack of game time at the Emirates this season, and could well be set to become available for transfer in the January window.
The Bundesliga giants have taken note of Bendtner’s situation, with influential voice Franz Beckenbauer claiming in So Foot that the Dane has "the class and the potential" to join the Allianz Arena outfit.
Bayern are keeping a close watch for further goalscoring talent to add to their squad as they seek to charge up the Bundesliga table. For Bendtner, a move to the German club could tick all the right boxes, with Bayern at least the equal of Arsenal in terms of prestige.
