Bayern Munich coach Louis van Gaal has explained that he is not sure what he will do when his contract with the Bundesliga giants ends in 2012. The Dutchman masterminded Bayern’s push for a treble last season, as they won the Bundesliga, German Cup, and also reached the final of the Champions League.

But Van Gaal is aware of his age, 59, and is already thinking about what is likely to be his last job, whether that be with Bayern, in charge of a national team, or back at Dutch giants Ajax.

The Dutchman explained that he must decide which will be his "final contract", explaining that "either I will increase [my contract] with Bayern, or coach a national team or even go to Ajax as CEO."

The Bundesliga giants appear unlikely to win their league this season however, although Van Gaal will hope a late push can get the side involved.
