Greek giants Olympiacos are tracking Valenciennes Colombian midfielder Carlos Sanchez as they seek to boost their squad ahead of the second half of the Super League season.
Sanchez ruptured cruciate ligaments in his left knee back in March, sidelining him for an extended period, and the player only made his comeback with the Ligue 1 club in October against Lorient, a game Valenciennes lost 2-1.
The 24-year-old Colombia international however, has done enough to impress the Greek side, who hope they may be able to tempt him from France. Sanchez joined Valenciennes in 2007, making the move from Uruguayan side Club Atletico River Plate.
