As Real Madrid step up their search for a striker to sign this month, yet another name has entered the equation. According to reports in Italy from Corriere dello Sport, Jose Mourinho is looking closely at Juventus forward Amauri.

Los Blancos believe that the 30-year-old would be available from the Old Lady and, along with Emmanuel Adebayor and Miroslav Klose, are assessing the case of the Juventus hitman.

Juventus themselves however may have different ideas, and while Amauri has long been linked with an exit from Turin, the Serie A giants will only sell the striker if they feel doing so will not hinder their chances for the remainder of the season.
