All-Barcelona Ballon d’Or Shortlist Proof of ‘More Than A Club’ Believes President Sandro Rosell

Barcelona President Sandro Rosell believes that no matter who wins the Ballon d’Or today, the Catalan club will still be the main beneficiary.

The Spanish side have sent all three shortlisted finalists in the form of Andres Iniesta, Xavi and Lionel Messi, meaning the famous trophy is heading to the Camp Nou whatever happens.

"Whoever wins, the beneficiary is the club", said Rosell upon departing for the ceremony in Switzerland at FIFA HQ.

And the Barca supremo also believes that having the three players nominated for the Ballon d’Or all at the club once again proves that the Catalan giants are, as their saying suggests ‘more than a club’.

"Being more than club means being recognised worldwide, and this will make headlines."
