According to reports from Italy, AC Milan are considering a move for Juventus’ midfield destroyer Mohamed Sissoko. The Mali man is available from the Turin giants for the right price, and they would prefer to sell the 26-year-old this month.

While a defender remains the Rossoneri’s priority, a move for Sissoko could help to add real energy to their midfield and this fact is well appreciated at the San Siro club. Given this, Milan would like to loan Sissoko until the end of the season with a view to a permanent move. This could put them at loggerheads with Juventus though, who are keen to sell outright.

Sissoko has been linked with a number of clubs throughout the course of the current transfer window, but the arrival of Milan on the scene would surely sway the former Liverpool player – he is keen on continuing to turn out for a club with a realistic prospect of winning silverware.
