Scottish side Rangers expect a bid to arrive at Ibrox from Turkish champions Bursaspor for striker Kenny Miller.

The player’s agent held talks with the Turkish side at the weekend and Bursaspor are believed to be keen on signing the Scot.

Miller, who is widely expected to leave Rangers before the current transfer window closes has been the subject of serious interest from Serie A. Fiorentina were tracking the striker, but have gone cold on a move, while there were also reports that Rangers offered Miller to relegation battler Brescia.

In addition, Birmingham City also had an offer of £700,000 accepted for the 31-year-old, but a switch to the Premier League does not look as likely as it had previously.

Indeed, if Bursaspor can agree a fee then the Turkish club will be confident of getting their man.
