AC Milan’s Brazilian defender Thiago Silva believes that the Rossoneri could yet match their city rivals Inter in winning a treble of trophies. Still involved in the Serie A title chase, the Champions League and the Coppa Italia, Thiago Silva sees no reason not to aim to win every one.
"We are very focused on the three tournaments", explained the Milan man to Globoesporte.
"But not only because of the rivalry with Inter, but also because we want and need to win to demonstrate that we can achieve [a treble] as well as them."
Milan currently sit at the top of Serie A, while they will meet Palermo in the semi-final of the Coppa Italia. In the Champions League, Tottenham Hotspur lie in wait.
