Ronaldinho will make his debut for Flamengo this evening as his side take on Nova Iguacu in the Rio State Championship, and the excitement is building.
Flamengo have confirmed that the game is completely sold out, with Flamengo fans desperate to see the 2005 Ballon d’Or winner in action. It will be their first glimpse of Ronaldinho taking to the pitch in a Flamengo shirt to weave his silky skills.
The 30-year-old joined Flamengo earlier this month from AC Milan, choosing the Rio giants ahead of Corinthians, Palmeiras and Gremio in what was a protracted transfer saga.
