Ronald de Boer is looking to join his brother Frank at Ajax and set out on a coaching path. Frank de Boer is the current head coach at the Eredivisie giants and could shuffle his pack at the end of the season in such a way that his brother has an opportunity to come on board.

Indeed, Dennis Bergkamp may be set for promotion within the Ajax coaching structure, a move which would open up Bergkamp's own coaching spot for Ronald de Boer.

"Soon I'll come to the Netherlands and we'll sit around the table, then we'll see what Frank thinks", said Ronald de Boer to De Telegraaf.

"I'd like to do a Master Training course and be assistant to the A1, B1, C1. It is to be expected that Dennis Bergkamp moves to the first team. At least that was Frank's approach two months ago."

And current coach Danny Blind could, under Frank de Boer's plans, move up to become the new technical director, in a series of promotions which would keep everyone at Ajax happy.
