Serie A giants Juventus are paying close attention to Nice full back Francois Clerc according to reports from France.
The 27-year-old only joined the south coast club from Lyon in the summer, following the expiry of his contract with the Ligue 1 giants.
Juventus have tracked Clerc previously and even weighed up a bid to move for the player in the recent transfer window, but L’Equipe report that the Old Lady are set to return for a defender who has long been on their wanted list, even from his Lyon days.
Under contract with Nice for another two years, Juventus would no doubt have work to do to convince the Ligue 1 outfit to sell.
