Lille coach Rudi Garcia has warned clubs interested in Eden Hazard that they will have to make the Ligue 1 side an offer they cannot refuse for the Belgian star.

Hazard is expected to be hot property at the end of the season, with Liverpool and Chelsea leading the chase, while Real Madrid, Arsenal and Manchester United have also all been linked with the player.

But Garcia has confirmed that though every bid made for the 20-year-old will be looked at, Hazard will not be sold on the cheap.

"If offers arrive from the big clubs we would be ready to evaluate them", said Garcia, adding, "if we do not deem them satisfactory, quite simply, we will do nothing. Hazard is an asset of great value to us."

And with the Belgian star under contract with Lille until 2014, the French side are under no pressure to accept an offer they feel below Hazard’s worth. It is believed €25M will do the trick, but whether any side will offer this sum remains to be seen.
