Juventus are showing an interest in FC Porto defender Rolando according to reports from Italy.

The Old Lady are believed to have been scouting the 25-year-old defender of late and may make a move for his services when the transfer window reopens.

A Portuguese international, Rolando has been at Porto since 2008 and has been a vital part of their success under Andre Villas Boas. Indeed, Porto look set to win this season’s Portuguese league title at a canter.

Whether Rolando would be attracted to a move to Juventus remains to be seen, especially since Porto are poised to play in next season’s Champions League, while competing in Europe’s top tier competition is but a dream for the Serie A side at present.
