Serie A side Juventus are reported to be interested in Schalke’s Jefferson Farfan and could soon make the Ruhr side an offer for the Peruvian.

Farfan came close to switching to Wolfsburg in January, but a move, though at times appearing certain, never materialised. There is little doubt however that the 26-year-old remains keen on a new challenge away from Schalke.

And Juventus could be set to hand him that challenge, with Italian daily Tuttosport reporting that the Old Lady are very keen on the forward. Indeed, sporting director Beppe Marotta is on the brink of launching a bid which could be up to €13M.
