Former Real Madrid star Guti would like to return to the Spanish giants and teach the youngsters what it means to wear the white shirt, but he also worries that the talent of tomorrow wants to head to Barcelona today.

Guti left Real Madrid in the summer, heading for Turkish side Besiktas, carrying with him a haul of five La Liga titles and three Champions Leagues to show for 15 years with Los Blancos.

And Guti would like to give something back, along with long time friend Raul, who also departed Real Madrid, joining Schalke.

"In future I hope when I retire, Raul and I, things are different and we can have a special day at the Bernabeu. My farewell was by the back door."

The midfielder also stated that he would like to coach youngsters at Los Blancos, but Barcelona are attracting many of the best at present.

"I hope to someday work in Madrid and teach children what it means to wear this shirt. The problem is that now all the kids want to go to Barcelona."
