Roma defender Philippe Mexes admits he has little idea where he will end up in the summer, with his contract coming to an end.
The Giallorossi are keen to keep the Frenchman and have spoken several times about the possibility of extending his contract. However, Mexes’ financial demands are too high and unless the 28-year-old drastically lowers those demands it is hard to see him remaining in the Italian capital.
"I am out of contract and I’ve received many suggestions that I am considering seriously", said Mexes when questioned on his future.
"I’ve spoken with AC Milan, and Roma about the possibility of renewal. I have not said anything. I have not decided yet."
Mexes is set to be hot property given his availability on a free transfer and the centre back could yet end up leaving Serie A.
