Bayern Munich have been linked with Hannover 96 striker Didier Konan Ya. The 27-year-old has been a key part of the Hannover outfit that is pushing Bayern all the way for the all-important third spot in the Bundesliga, the league’s last Champions League place.
And the Allianz Arena club are willing to move for the Ivory Coast forward regardless of whether they make Europe’s showpiece competition.
According to TZ, Bayern are set to test Hannover’s resolve for Konan Ya with a €7M bid that they feel could be enough to persuade their Bundesliga rivals into parting with the striker.
The Ivory Coast man arrived at Hannover in 2009, making the move from Norwegian giants Rosenborg. He is a product of the famed ASEC Mimosas youth academy in his homeland, the institution that spawned the likes of Didier Zakora and Kolo Toure.
