New Lazio striker Miroslav Klose has told the club’s fans they must show a little patience with the team.
Klose arrived in the Italian capital this summer and along with French forward Djibril Cisse is expected to form a new-look strikeforce for Lazio.
And the initial signs the new Lazio side have shown have been encouraging, but Klose does not want fans to get carried away.
"We have been working intensively since 7th July", said Klose, "but we are still a work in progress.
"We played opponents with greatly less skill from a technical standpoint and we should not overstate the results.
"Praise? It’s nice, but I think it’s better to wait a while."
