Inter have revived their interest in Liverpool forward Dirk Kuyt according to the player’s agent, but the Dutchman is cool on a potential move.

The Nerazzurri tracked the Dutchman last summer at the request of then-coach Rafael Benitez, but no deal could be concluded as Liverpool were unwilling to sell.

Now, with Samuel Eto’o heading to Russian Premier League side Anzhi Makhachkala on a contract worth €20M per year, Inter have space on their wage bill and money in their pocket.

And Kuyt’s agent has confirmed the Italians would love to lavish some of it on the former Feyenoord striker.

"Inter Milan have made an attractive offer for Dirk and he has to think about it", Jansen told RTV West.

No deal though has been ironed out between Liverpool and Inter, as Jansen readily admits, and Reds boss Kenny Dalglish will not be keen to part with the 31-year-old.

Kuyt himself has played down the prospect of a switch, announcing that he did not sign a new contract with the English giants last season for no reason; Kuyt committed to Liverpool until 2013 just months ago.

"I have had a great time at Liverpool and it’s not for nothing I extended my contract by two years just three months ago.

"You do not intend to go away quickly [if you do that]."
