Paris Saint-Germain striker Zlatan Ibrahimovic has revealed that he knows almost nothing about the club’s new signing Lucas Moura – though he is sure the player is talented.
Ibrahimovic’s French giants beat Manchester United and Inter to the signature of the Sao Paulo man, paying a substantial €45M to secure his services.
Moura, who competed as part of Mano Menezes’ Brazil team at the 2012 London Olympic Games, is set to join up with his new club in January, another bonus for Sao Paulo on top of the impressive fee.
He will arrive at the Parc des Princes as an unknown quantity for Ibrahimovic however.
"I do not know much about Lucas", said the 30-year-old.
"I know he is very expensive – he will come in January – but Brazil has great talents.
"They come from there and sign for very big teams. Of course he is a good player at this price; you cannot be not good."
