Robert Lewandowski has reiterated his desire to play in the English Premier League, but also stressed that at present he remains committed to Borussia Dortmund.
The striker has attracted much interest from England, with Manchester United the most consistently linked with a move for his services. Red Devils boss Sir Alex Ferguson even took in Lewandowski’s performance for Dortmund against Manchester City in a Champions League match recently, in a further sign of how highly the 24-year-old is rated by the Scot.

"I have a contract with Borussia and I am focusing on that", said the Pole.
"I am focusing on being at my best in every single match. I want to play the best season of my career."
However, the Dortmund man is unwilling to dismiss the prospect of turning out in England’s Premier League at some point in the future.
"I have not had the chance to play in England, but maybe one day.
"What I like about British football is that it is fast and physical.
"For sure it would be interesting, but there is no straight answer at the moment."
Lewandowski is under contract with Dortmund until 2014, a situation which could bring about renewed talk of a departure if he has not extended his deal by next summer.
He managed 22 goals in 34 Bundesliga matches last season, chipping in with ten assists too.
Lewandowski will be in action when Poland host England on Tuesday. Betting on the match? Read our Poland v England betting preview.
