Bayern Munich coach Jupp Heynckes has insisted that he has no problem with winger Arjen Robben.

The Dutchman has expressed his unhappiness at being overlooked for a starting role for the Bavarians in recent weeks and stressed his firm desire to play against Arsenal in the Champions League on Tuesday evening.

It remains to be seen whether Heynckes will hand Robben the chance to impress from the off, but the veteran tactician was keen to emphasise that he does not have any issue with the Dutchman himself.

"It is normal that players are unhappy when they are on the bench", he told reporters.

"Robben is no exception.
