Chelsea goalkeeping coach Christophe Lollichon believes that Andre Villas-Boas could make a success of the Paris Saint-Germain job if he chooses to take it, having "grown up".

Villas-Boas worked with Lollichon at Stamford Bridge when he arrived at the club fresh from Portuguese giants FC Porto in the summer of 2011.

The young Portuguese coach’s time in charge of Chelsea was not a success however and he found himself sacked in March and replaced by Roberto Di Matteo.

Villas-Boas, who was appointed Tottenham Hotspur manager last summer, has set about rebuilding his reputation at White Hart Lane and led the club to a fifth place finish in the recently concluded Premier League campaign.

Now he has been linked with the PSG job, which is set to be vacant when Carlo Ancelotti joins Real Madrid.

And Lollichon thinks that the 35-year-old could handle it now.

"I sincerely believe that he has the capacity to lead a club like PSG", Lollichon told French radio station RMC.

"After three experiences at Porto, Chelsea and Tottenham, he has grown up", he added.
