Real Madrid’s newest arrival Isco has been tasked by president Florentino Perez to keep Los Blancos’ de-facto motto of "impossible is nothing" well and truly alive.
Isco arrived from Malaga last month amid widespread speculation about his future, with Manchester City the biggest suitors outside of Spain.
Isco was instrumental in Malaga achieving a historic quarter-final finish in the Champions League, with three goals in eight games, while he scored nine times in La Liga as well.
His signing meant Real Madrid had also beaten off competition from Manchester City and Paris Saint-Germain and long-time admirer Perez hopes the 21-year-old can give performances that have continued belying his age thus far.

"Isco is a young player but he is ready for this challenge", Perez told reporters at the Bernabeu. "He is joining a club that doesn’t know the word ‘impossible’.
"Everyone knows that Isco had offers from other teams but he chose Real Madrid."
In the midst of helping Spain defend their European Under-21 Championship crown in Israel this summer, Isco had been sitting on offers from both Real Madrid and Manchester City.
He has since opted for the Spanish side, and will play in the number 23 shirt – once adorned by former England captain David Beckham – during his five-year stay.
And like so many players before him who have dreamt of kicking a ball with the nine-time European champions, Isco is ready to formally realise his ambitions.
"For a player, there is nothing greater than playing for Real Madrid", he said.
