Djibril Cisse could join Russian Premier League outfit Kuban Krasnodar.
The 31-year-old recently terminated his contract with English side QPR, following having spent the second half of last season on loan in the Middle East with Al Gharafa.
According to Sovietsky Sport, Cisse was spotted at Kuban’s pre-season training camp in Austria yesterday and could be put through his paces by the side.
The Frenchman has had a well-travelled career so far, turning out in his native France, in England, Greece and Italy, in addition to his stint in the Gulf.

Kuban finished fifth in last season’s Russian Premier League, just two points off third-placed Anzhi Makhachkala and level on points with fourth-placed Spartak Moscow.
Now the club could add the goalscoring talents of Cisse to their squad, as they prepare for the new campaign, which kicks off on 17th August with a visit from Rubin Kazan.
