Star striker Alvaro Negredo is almost certainly not going to Atletico Madrid, according to Sevilla president Jose Maria del Nido, who has given Los Colchoneros a "zero per cent" chance.
Negredo’s exploits in La Liga – he became the club’s top scorer with 25 goals last season – mean major European clubs have come calling for him.
Inter Milan, Tottenham Hotspur, Everton and Borussia Dortmund are among the many interested in Negredo, with Del Nido confirming that a "foreign" bid was in the mix.
Atletico Madrid were also revealed to have made a bid for the Spaniard, who is under contract at Sevilla until 2016, but Del Nido has brushed aside their efforts.

And at the unveiling of Victor Machin Perez today, Del Nido made his position on Negredo much clearer.
"I see Atletico’s chances of getting Negredo as very difficult. In fact, as of today, they have a zero per cent chance. We have had no contact with them for the last 10 days."
And as if to substantiate his claim, the president added: "There have already been major offers from various other teams that I have rejected."
Negredo had set tongues wagging across Europe when he fired in four goals on a dramatic final day game against Valencia in La Liga, which Sevilla won 4-3.
The 27-year-old has previously spoken of a desire to play in the Premier League, whilst Del Nido is fairly certain of making the sale sooner rather than later.
