Less than 24 hours after seeing Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang confirm his move to Borussia Dortmund, Saint-Etienne are preparing themselves for a face-to-face meeting with Brazilian striker Brandao.

Brandao has not turned up for pre-season training with Saint-Etienne, amid reports circulating of him possibly seeking a move away from the club.

Aubameyang yesterday committed himself to five years with Dortmund, but Saint-Etienne CEO Roland Romeyer does not want to hit the panic button over Brandao just yet.

"He called us to tell us that for various reasons he would come for training tomorrow (Friday)", Romeyer told L’Equipe. "We await that so we can express our admonitions and impose sanctions on him."

Saint-Etienne will be wary of losing their asset, who had fired them into Europa League football with the winning goal in their Coupe de la Ligue final against Rennes.

The Brazilian was bought from Marseille last year, and has clocked 27 appearances with 11 goals, with his contract set to run out next summer.

"We cannot talk about a separation just yet", Romeyer added. "If he rolls up his sleeves from tomorrow onwards, these fears will go away."
