Arsenal starlet Serge Gnabry has explained that the Gunners are highly rated in his native Germany and are attracting much attention.

Arsene Wenger's men recently visited the country to take on Borussia Dortmund in the Champions League and left with an impressive 1-0 win.

The feat, combined with the Gunners snapping up Germany international Mesut Ozil for a club record fee in the summer, along with topping the Premier League at present, makes them big news.

Gnabry explained via his club's official site: "I really appreciated being there. I think everyone knows about the stadium in Dortmund.

"It's a fantastic stadium, the atmosphere especially with the 25,000 standing on the side, so it was a really great stadium.

"Arsenal are highly-rated [in Germany].

"We are on a good run and we are top of the league so everyone's watching us and looking at how we play."

Gnabry joined Arsenal's youth system from VfB Stuttgart's youth set-up. He has been consistently capped by his country at youth level, turning out for Germany's Under-16s, Under-17s, Under-18s and Under-19s.
