Arsenal goalkeeper Wojciech Szczesny has expressed his delight at signing a new contract with the Gunners.

The Poland international custodian has penned what Arsenal have described as a "long-term" deal to keep him at the Emirates Stadium, ending any doubt over his future.

And Szczesny could not be happier at securing his spot under Arsene Wenger.

The goalkeeper told his club's official site: "I am very pleased to have signed a new contract.
