Liverpool goalkeeper Simon Mignolet expects Hull City to adopt a physical approach when they provide the Reds' opposition on Sunday.

The Belgian shot-stopper, who joined Liverpool from Sunderland in the summer, has first hand experience of working with Hull boss Steve Bruce from his time at the Black Cats.

And Mignolet expects a tough game against Bruce's men, with the former Sunderland manager sending his side out to play a very physical game.

"I know Steve Bruce from my time at Sunderland and I know he always tries to get the lads up for it, so I'm sure they will be and put us under pressure", Mignolet explained to his club's official site.
