Former Celtic player Vidar Riseth has termed Ronny Deila the best manager in Scandinavia but warned that he has a hard-nosed style of coaching.
Deila is the leading candidate to become the next manager at Celtic and the club could even announce his appointment today.
“I think Ron Deila is Scandinavia's best coach”, Riseth told Norwegian broadcaster NRK.
The former Norwegian international said that Deila is a tough coach who can be very hard on his players

The 42-year-old also believes that the players need to work hard to impress him and need to embrace his style of coaching because Deila won’t shift from his coaching philosophies.
“He is mentally very strong and he is very tough with his players.”
“They need to work hard under him and fully embrace his style.
"If you do not like his style, then you have nothing to do in his club.”
