Heerenveen manager Dwight Lodeweges has insisted that Manchester United target Daley Sinkgraven will only be sold for a top price.
Louis van Gaal is eyeing a deal for the talented 19-year-old playmaker who made his debut for the Netherlands Under-21 team last month.
Schooled at Heerenveen’s youth academy, Sinkgraven is a highly-rated talent in Dutch football and Ajax were keen to sign the attacking midfielder last summer, but decided to wait for one more season to allow him to develop further.
Manchester United remain keen to sign the playmaker, but the Heerenveen manager is adamant and said that even if Sinkgraven is sold, the club will demand a top price for him.
“Please let him stay with us for a few years”, Lodeweges told Voetbal International.

The manager revealed his excitement at seeing Sinkgraven develop from a hopeful youngster to a top player in front of his eyes.
“Daley has incredible talent.
“He is so adapt at hiding what he wants to do with the ball until the last moment.
"And he is technically so good, he can afford to take his time to make the right choice at the last moment.”
The 2013/14 season was a breakthrough season for the 19-year-old. He made 15 appearances for Heerenveen last term and has already scored two goals in eight appearances this campaign.
