Juventus are keen to sign Ezequiel Lavezzi in the January transfer window as a cheaper option to their more expensive targets in the summer.
The Argentine winger’s contract is set to expire at the end of the season and he is likely to leave Paris Saint-Germain in January, with the club also keen to sell him to earn a fee.
A number of clubs across Europe have shown an interest in recruiting the 30-year-old in January, with Inter and Barcelona also in the race to get his signature as they look to sign an established international for a low fee.
Juventus are also in the chase to sign Lavezzi and according to Turin-based daily Tuttosport, they consider him as a cheaper option to their more lofty targets in the summer, believed to be Oscar and Isco.
The Bianconeri are aware that they won’t get either Oscar or Isco in January, therefore, the club believe it makes sense to scoop up the Argentine winger when he is available.
