West Ham United have announced their team and substitutes to lock horns with Chelsea at Stamford Bridge in a Premier League game this afternoon.
Hammers boss Slaven Bilic, whose side are flying high in fifth place in the Premier League and are increasingly eyeing a shock top four finish, places his faith in Enner Valencia and Diafra Sakho to shoot down Chelsea. Dimitri Payet will look to continue with his good form, while Manuel Lanzini is a creative force. Mark Noble captains the side from midfield.
At the back, Angelo Ogbonna and Winston Reid form the central defensive pairing, with Adrian between the sticks. On the bench, Bilic can call for Andy Carroll and Emmanuel Emenike if he neds to bring on further strikers today.
West Ham edged out Chelsea 2-1 in the earlier meeting between the two teams at Upton Park this season, however the Hammers have not won at Stamford Bridge since 2002, when they scored a 3-2 victory.
