Championship outfit Stoke City have announced that they have sold out their entire allocation of away tickets for the trip to Villa Park on 15th December.

The Potters had an allocation of 2,600 tickets for the much awaited league encounter, that follows the games against Reading and Ipswich Town.




However, the entire allocation was quickly sold out, with the Stoke management now preparing a waiting list in case any ticket is returned.

Both Stoke and Aston Villa are keen to bounce back up to the Premier League and a thrilling match is in prospect.
 


Aston Villa sit in eighth spot in the Championship, while Stoke are in 12th after a poor start to the campaign.

"The Potters have sold out their entire allocation of tickets for next month's visit to Villa Park", a Stoke City statement revealed.

Villa Park has a seating capacity of over 42,000, with the home crowd expected to be attending in numbers to back their team.
