Liverpool talent Brewster is attracting big interest in the ongoing transfer window and it has been claimed the Reds could look to sell him in order to raise funds to snap up Watford winger Ismaila Sarr.

Sheffield United are interested in Brewster, but have yet to make an offer which is acceptable to Liverpool and the ball is in their court to do so.

It is claimed that if Chris Wilder’s men do make an offer Liverpool accept then they have a fighting chance of signing the striker.

Brewster spent the second half of last season on loan in the Championship at Swansea City.

He caught the eye with the Welsh giants and scored eleven goals in the Championship for the club.

Reds boss Jurgen Klopp is a big admirer of Brewster and the Premier League champions have been taking their time deciding what to do with him.

A move to Sheffield United would hand Brewster the chance to play Premier League football on a regular basis as Wilder’s men look to again make a big impact in the top flight.
