The Championship side have already added the likes of Viktor Gyokeres, Jamal Lowe, Korey Smith and Morgan Gibbs-White to their squad in the transfer window.

However, Steve Cooper’s side are keen to add to their strike force before the transfer window slams shut and have identified a candidate in France.

According to French outlet Foot Mercato, Swansea are looking to sign 22-year-old centre-forward Leya Iseka from Toulouse on a permanent deal.

Spanish second division side Espanyol are also in the race to sign the Belgian, with the Barcelona-based club pushing for a loan deal, with an option to buy.

It remains to be seen if the Welsh giants can beat Espanyol in the race to sign Leya Iseke before the transfer window slams shut later today.

With just hours remaining on the clock, the Swans will have to act quickly to land the young frontman from the Ligue 2 side.

Having made significant additions to their team, and with possibly one more to come, Swansea will be hopeful of earning promotion to the Premier League this term.
